JEE Main 2020 Application Form Procedure
Before you start filling the form, for your own ease accumulate the necessary document both class 12 and class 10 mark sheet as well as Admit cards.
Get your scanned photograph, signature and thumb impression ready beforehand.
At last for making payment keep your debit/credit card or internet banking credentials ready if not making payment through challan.
Step 1: Registration

Firstly, go to the Jee Main 2020 official page www.jeemain.nic.in.

Click on "Apply for JEE (Main) - 2020" under "New Candidate Registration".

Read all the instructions carefully and then proceed any further.

Then click on "Proceed to apply online"
Step 2: Filling basic details

Exam Related Details
In Applying for block, choose the following:

JEE Main Paper-1 (B.E/B.Tech only)

JEE Main Paper-2 (B.Arch/B.Planning only)
-
JEE Main Paper-1 & Paper 2 both
In the Mode of examination block, candidates have to choose Pen & Paper or CBT mode. In Question Paper Medium, the candidates have to choose the language in which they want to take the test. You can choose from either of these languages English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Urdu.
Fill your personnel details, academic details and correspondence address accordingly.
Remember to check and verify your details twice before finalising and proceeding further.
NOTE: Please, enter a working and live mobile number. Don't put Mr/Mrs/Shri/Smt before your father's or mother's name.
Remember the following for scanned photograph and signature.
All the scanned images - photograph, signature and thumb impression are required to be in jpg/jpeg format only.
The image of your photograph should be greater than 4 kb and less than 40 kb.
The dimension of the thumb impression image should be 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (Height) only.
The dimension of the signature image should be 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (Height) only.
The signature image should be more than 1 kb and less than 30 kb.
Image of the thumb impression should be greater than 1 kb and less than 30 kb.
The dimension of the photographed image should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (Height) only.
Step 3- Fee Payment
You can either use credit card/debit card or net banking or e challan facility to make payment as per your criteria.
